I visited Hoa Tam just after the lunch rush and found the restaurant nearly empty, which made for a peaceful dining experience. I ordered the Vietnamese pho, which was reasonably priced. The broth was flavorful, and the portion size was satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant and authentic experience.

The service here is top notch. I went there for third time already, and a fitted pale boy staff always welcome me with a smile. He accommodates my needs well like water and check bill quickly. But the food is salty in my taste.

This is honestly the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve tried in Adelaide! Every dish tastes so authentic and flavorful — the clay pot pork is rich and tender, the sour soup is perfectly balanced, and the stir-fried greens are fresh and fragrant. The presentation is beautiful, the portions are generous, and everything feels homemade with love. If you’re craving real Vietnamese comfort food, this place is a must-visit! ????????

This can be considered the best Vietnamese place serving Bún Bò Huế that I’ve had in Adelaide so far (in my opinion). The broth is rich and comes with plenty of toppings. The portion size is also generous. The pork meatball noodle soup (Bún Mọc) and caramelized fish are very tasty. The sour soup is also decent. I personally prefer it a bit more sour and with fried garlic instead of fried shallots. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the dishes we ordered.
